Bruegger's bakery-café opens in Agoura Hills

Stephen Lindemann, a lifelong resident of Agoura Hills and principal of Rolling Bagel, Inc., has had a longtime goal of developing quality bakeries in the Thousand Oaks, Agoura Hills and Westlake Village area.

Tomorrow, Fri., May 16, Lindemann officially opens a Bruegger's bakery-café franchise at the Agoura Hills City Mall, 5879 Kanan Road.

The first 25 guests will receive a free "bottomless mug" that allows unlimited refills for the year. The next 50 people will receive a coupon for a free bagel and cream cheese and small coffee.

A percentage of the opening day sales will benefit the Ventura County office of the Alzheimer's Association.

Agoura Hills Mayor John Edelston, members of the Alzheimer's Association and the Agoura Hills Chamber of Commerce will be on hand for a 6 p.m. ribbon cutting ceremony.
