Super soccer squad wins state title
     BEST IN THE WEST- Team Pump It, a U-14 girls' soccer squad from Agoura AYSO, has completed one of the most amazing seasons in the history of the local league. In finishing with a 24-0 record, Pump It won the California state championship by defeating Palisades 5-2 in the finale on April 5. Earlier in the year, the girls captured regular-season, area and Central California titles. Red Rockets make Region 4 history
     TOTAL TEAM EFFORT- The Red Rockets, a U-12 girls' soccer squad from Region 4, ended a magnificent run at the California State Championships by finishing in second place. It was the furthest a team from Region 4 has ever advanced at state. In its first 40 games this season, the Red Rockets won 37 times and captured six tournament titles. Last weekend, they won another championship at the Moorpark Apricot Jam. Pictured in the front row, from left, are Lindsay Seyler, Jane Zeolla, Aubrey Guidetti, Whitney Hill and Kinsey McLaughlin.
