Securitas renews 10-year Westlake lease
      The Ventura County office of CB Richard Ellis recently signed a 10year lease renewal in Westlake Village. The tenant, Securitas Security Service, renewed their lease of 72,600 square feet at 4330 to 4360 Park Terrace Drive in Westlake Village.

Natural Café hires new VP
      Ozzie Garcia has been hired as vice president of operations for The Natural Café, a regional restaurant business with nine locations from Simi Valley to San Luis Obispo. Garcia received his Bachelor of Arts from La Verne University in 1988, majoring in business management and religion.
