Aladdin dealer wins award for quality customer service

Carrier Corp., a unit of United Technologies Corp., recently announced that Wayne G. Beck of Aladdin Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. has been awarded the Carrier 2008 President's Award, one of the highest honors for its dealers.

Recipients were honored at the 40th annual Indoor Air Expo Air Conditioning Contractors of America conference in Colorado Springs during Carrier's annual meeting.

The annual award recognizes dealers that demonstrate quality in customer service and are considered one of Carrier's model factory authorized dealers when working with consumers. President's Award winners will serve as role models for their fellow Carrier dealers nationwide.

Aladdin Air Conditioning was 1 of 62 chosen from a nationwide field of more than 10,000 dealers. Aladdin also received the same award in 2007.

The selection criteria for the award focused on leadership, management, customer intimacy, brand recognition, industry expertise and operational excellence in all areas critical to exceeding the quality and performance expectations of customers.

After 25 years working in the HVAC industry, in 2000 Beck founded Aladdin, specializing in installations of high efficiency systems. Aladdin corporate offices are in Newbury Park.
