•Deena Parry was not identified as being a member of the Oak Park Municipal Advisory Council when she wrote a letter to the editor titled, "Not informed about fluoride," in which she criticized the Metropolitan Water District for failing to disclose the full chemical contents of the water that it sells.

•A Jan. 31 article about the Community Learning Center's rocky first semester stated that fifthgrade student Daniel Smith was teased "constantly" at his former public school. The boy's mother said he was teased only sporadically.

•The producers of the documentary, "Ed and Vern's Rock Store" are Alex Madison and Joe Bucaro.
