Superintendent's forums slated at local schools

Las Virgenes Unified School District officials have scheduled a series of superintendent's forums in the coming months as part of their outreach to the community.

The bi-monthly meetings will be unstructured and will allow residents the opportunity to raise issues and ask questions of district management.

The district superintendent is Donald Zimring.

Meetings are scheduled on Mondays from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at school sites on both sides of the district, Zimring said.

The following schools will host meetings:

•Chaparral Elementary School, Calabasas- Jan. 28.

•Agoura High School, Agoura Hills- March 3.

•Calabasas High School, Calabasas- May 19.
