California drivers face a variety of new road rules in 2008, including a requirement for handsfree cellphone devices and a ban on products that obscure license plates. UNDEFEATED- The Real So Cal Blue Girls U-12 team recently competed in the 2007 Coast Soccer League Cup Tournament along with 131 other teams from Southern California.
