Teri Pacitto

Teri Pacitto with the Westlake Village Office of Rodeo Realty, who was top in sales for 2007, realized the changes in the 2007 real estate market early and will end her year successfully for both herself and her clients. Aggressive marketing and advertising and consistency, as well has a dedication to her business, has kept her business consistent throughout the changes in the industry.

Pacitto's integrity and experience in real estate as well as her continuing advancement and education in the industry demonstrate her commitment to her clientele as well as her profession.

Maintaining her top agent status at Rodeo Realty, Pacitto's sales for November alone are more than $4.5 million, and there are a few weeks left in the year. She plans to finish out the year assisting more buyers and sellers to achieve their goals.

At her previous company in 2006, Pacitto ended the year in the top 20 at a national franchise. Her induction into that company's Hall of Fame is a lifetime achievement award received by few in the industry. Awards in the real estate industry are a direct correlation to an agent's longevity, commitment and success.

Pacitto also attributes her success to being associated with a respected and high-profile real estate company and Syd Leibovitch, who, as broker/owner of Rodeo Realty Inc., founded in 1986, currently has 12 offices from Beverly Hills, Bel Air, the San Fernando Valley, Simi Valley, Camarillo and Westlake Village. Additionally Rodeo Realty is a member of Who's Who in Real Estate. Pacitto is also a member of Who's Who in Real Estate, an invitation-only site for agents that have excelled in selling high-end homes and estates.

Both Pacitto and Leibovitch see the upcoming 2008 as a year of change and opportunity in the local real estate market. Pacitto can be reached at (805) 4944663 or www.EliteCaliforniaEstates.com.
