Vantage opens

A grand opening ceremony was held Dec. 6 for The Vantage at Westlake, a new $17-million office condominium project in Westlake Village that was 95 percent pre-sold at groundbreaking.

Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services and T. R. Funding developed the project, which is at 2629 Townsgate Rd.
