City celebrates anniversary with Pat Benatar show

Highlighting the city of Agoura Hills' anniversary year will be a Silver Celebration Gala at The Canyon club on Sat., Dec. 8 with special guest performer Pat Benatar.

Residents, business owners and friends are invited to join city representatives, staff and special guests for an evening at the city's landmark nightclub.

"The Silver Celebration is the grand finale for our anniversary year," said Amy Brink, the city's community services director. "Guests will be swept away in an elegant fusion of cocktails, food, dancing and entertainment."

Among special guests helping the city celebrate will be headlining performer Pat Benatar, who was one of the top female rockers when the city incorporated in 1982.

"As a community we have so much to celebrate at our 25-year mark," said Agoura Hills Mayor Dan Kuperberg.
