Preschool educator wins award Marcy Jolivet, an educator with the Enriching Hour Preschool, was recognized as a leading administrator throughout the state and received the Administrator of the Year award at the annual PACE (Professional Association for Childhood Education) Fall Conference. Jolivet was honored at the Nov. 14 Westlake City Council meeting by Mayor Sue McSweeney. PACE is a nonprofit, California statewide association established in 1955 to advance the profession of childhood education. The PACE Fall Conference had 575 professionals in attendance.
