Prudential California Realty's top 20 plus guests at the Del Mar Race Track

Each year in February, Prudential California Realty holds a companywide breakfast banquet to honor its award winners from the previous year. There are several accolades at the national level, acknowledgment for exceptional excellence, "Rookie of the Year" and more awards. At the end of the ceremony, broker/owner Bob Majorino announces the year's top 20 agents from the firm, who then comprise the Gibraltar Circle. With nearly 300 agents from PCR's five offices, ranking among the top 20 is not only worthy of a trophy and recognition by management and peers, it comes complete with a trip. Each year, Majorino and his management team strategize and plan for months to make certain the Gibraltar Circle members and their spouses receive a multifaceted and memorable escapade. Each year holds something new. To honor the Gibraltar Circle winners for their production in 2006, the group was off to the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel in late September. They dined in elegance, basked at the resort and took advantage of its amenities. Then it was off to Del Mar for a day at the races. For the grand finale, everyone took a harbor cruise from Newport Beach. Again, ample food and beverage were served on board.

Not only does the annual Gibraltar Circle trip honor PCR's top 20, it provides incentive to the other agents in the company. It's inspiring to see such a wide assortment of Realtors from all of the offices, who change from year to year. It's proof that any PCR agent is more than capable of ranking in the top 20, given superior drive, determination and skill.
