Las Virgenes Unified School District Superintendent Donald Zimring did not confirm or deny that the two thirdgrade boys under investigation for sex offenses at Lupin Hill Elementary School would be expelled from the school district. School board policy prohibits school officials from commenting on student disciplinary matters.
