Silverado Senior Living announces name change

Silverado Senior Living recently announced a new name, Silverado At Home, for the Home Care and Care Management service line.

"We want a clear message of what we do sent to our customers," said Dr. John Bowling, vice president of Silverado At Home. The previous name, Silverado Senior Services, was vague, he said.

Silverado At Home specializes in creating care programs for seniors, enabling them to remain living in their residences.

Beginning with a geriatric care needs assessment, the case is administered by a clinical geriatric care manager, typically a registered nurse or social worker. The care manager develops a care plan unique to each client.

Care Companions are available for hourly (four hour minimum), overnight and livein positions.

Though qualified for most senior care, Silverado At Home specializes in Alzheimer's and other memory care needs.
