Michael and Arleen Delgado

The honors for top listing agents in September 2007 for Prudential California Realty's Oxnard/ Channel Islands office went to husband and wife team Michael and Arleen Delgado. This is their 12th monthly production award for the Oxnard/ Channel Islands branch this year, with three months left to go. Once again, this places them in the forefront as the top agents for the office and among the highest topproducing agents for Prudential California Realty.

Even though they represent buyers and sellers throughout western Ventura County, there is a special place in the Delgados' hearts for Oxnard, where they are considered the area experts.
