Late in October, Prudential California Realty agents were invited to a meeting to hear guest speaker Kim Effinger, affluent marketing manager from Prudential.

Those present learned about the company's future plans for the Fine Homes International program. "Prudential California Realty is sending a very positive message to the public," said broker/owner Bob Majorino. "Our new and improved Fine Homes International marketing materials reflect the current market, to enhance the sellers' ability to realize top dollar for their homes and to keep prospective buyers abreast of available choices in the upper-tier price range."

Putting buyers and sellers together is a brokerage company's main responsibility, and Prudential California Realty will maintain a leadership position in this market by doing a superior job of marketing and communicating to all concerned.
