Community gets talking

The Ventura County Community Foundation is hosting "Open Wednesdays," a series of meetings in each of the county's 10 cities intended to provide a forum for local nonprofits, donors, community leaders and elected officials to discuss priorities for the foundation's programs, services and grant making.
