Is Countrywide outsourcing jobs?

I felt compelled to write this letter to urge others to boycott the outsourcing of jobs, especially from Countrywide. How could America let 12,000 employees go and then outsource their jobs to India?

I have mortgages with Countrywide and have received over eight phone calls in the last two weeks from agents in India wanting to sell me their latest product. I'm so angry that 12,000 American families have been tossed aside so that Countrywide can get dirt cheap labor in a foreign country. How dare they? Whenever I hear that accent on the phone, I simply confirm where they're calling from and tell them I only deal with American agents. I have nothing against the people of India, only the people that are selling America cheap.

We must make a stand against this disgraceful practice and refuse to talk to foreign agents, whether they're tech support from the Philippines or loan officers from India. Request the number of an American office that can deal with these private affairs and just pray that there are still some left. Jill Donnellan Agoura Hills
