Westcord brings back Arrasmith
T.O. resident worked for former Westoaks

Darin Arrasmith

Darin Arrasmith, a 20-year veteran of commercial real estate and former principal of his own successful brokerage and mortgage services companies in the Conejo Valley, has joined Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services in Westlake Village as a broker specializing in office properties.

Arrasmith was head of the company's property management division from 1987 to 1992, when it was known as Westoaks Commercial Group.

He comes to Westcord after having been the sole owner and founder of Newbridge Real Estate Services in Westlake, a commercial and residential brokerage company he operated from 2000 to the present.

Arrasmith is on the board of directors of the Rotary Club of Thousand Oaks.

He and his wife, Lydia, and their four children live in Wood Ranch.
