Local student wins college scholarship Andrew Frangos of Agoura Hills received an Entrepreneurial Scholarship to study at Washington University in St. Louis, Mo. He is a freshman at the university. The $3,000 award is renewable for four years. Scholars have a variety of opportunities to explore entrepreneurship and community building through activities on campus and in the St. Louis community. |
