Carie Hoglund

Plisky & Associates welcomes Carie Hoglund to join their top producing team at Aviara Real Estate. The daughter of a local retired LAFD firefighter, Hoglund is deeply rooted in the Conejo Valley, having been born and raised in Newbury Park. She started in real estate and earned her Accredited Staging Professional certification.

She understands the importance of service and community, and is currently working with the Widows, Orphans, and Disabled Fireman's Fund through the Los Angeles Fireman's Relief Association and the Conejo Valley Association of Realtors Scholarship Fund.

Hoglund is family oriented and loves helping her clients build their wealth through purchasing real estate and achieve their dreams of home ownership. Her enthusiasm and dedication to her clients is obvious from the first moment you meet her.

Mike and Kim Plisky started their real estate career in 1989 and have won countless awards for production and service in the community since then. They were recognized in as broker/agents of the month and Realtor of the year. In 2004 they were cofounders of Aviara Real Estate, a brokerage based on integrity and ethics in the Conejo Valley.

The Pliskys have a complete staff consisting of an full-time escrow manager and a part-time marketing assistant.
