Spring forward and fall back

You get back that hour of sleep you lost in March this weekend. At 2 a.m. Sun., Nov. 4, clocks should turned back one hour. Daylight-saving time began the second Sunday in March and ends on Sunday when we return to standard time.

It's easy to remember: clocks fall back in fall and spring forward in spring.

Many people find it easier to turn the clocks back one hour before they retire on Saturday night.

Please enjoy your "extra hour" this weekend.
