Big Paws rescue program begins
      The Hogan Family Foundation, which has operated the Lifeline 4 Paws program for small breed dog rescues for several years, has begun its Big Paws 4 A Cause dog rescue program for larger dogs in Ventura County and is seeking volunteers.
