A taste of Japan in Oak Park
San Sai Japanese Grill has opened at 706 Lindero Canyon Road at Kanan Road in the Re/Max Center in Oak Park.
San Sai has 30 locations, with 25 in Southern California and two more scheduled to open in the next few months. The business is five years old.
The menu has an array of fish, meat, salads and sushi. Party trays and gift cards are available. The company also offers fundraising opportunities.

Bell's name sounds good
Richard A. Bell, owner of Bell Financial in Calabasas, is one of two 2007 recipients of the Kenneth Black Jr. Leadership Award presented by the Society of Financial Service Professionals.
Bell's role as the architect of the society's Financial Education Partners program was cited in the award presentation. The program provides pro bono financial education and counseling to hundreds of people every year, many of whom were devastated by a recent diagnosis of cancer, MS or Myasthenia Gravis.
Bell was the 20042005 president of the Society of Financial Service Professionals and currently belongs to the Association of Health Insurance Advisors, National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and the National Association of Health Underwriters.
Bell also is the vice president of Calabasas Toastmasters.
Businesswomen will meet
California Women Business Owners will hold its monthly meeting at 5:45 p.m. Mon., Nov. 12 at Maggiano's Little Italy, 6100 Topanga Canyon Blvd., Woodland Hills.
The meeting will include dinner and a silent auction. Funds raised from the auction will be used to provide scholarships for future entrepreneurs.
