Pumpkin Walk for Parkinson's The Thousand OaksWestlake Village Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring Team Parkinson in the inaugural Pumpkin Walk for Parkinson's Sun., Oct. 28 at Westlake Library, 31220 Oak Crest Drive, Westlake Village. The community is invited to join the team in the 5K walk to support Parkinson's disease research. Participants will meet at 7:45 a.m. The walk begins at 8 a.m. To register, visit www .towlchamber.org. Walkers are encouraged to find people to sponsor them. Donations can be made to the team at teamparkinson08 .kintera.org/pumpkin2007 or by mail to Team Parkinson, 6412 Broadway Ave., Whittier, CA 90606.
