Diane Torrence

Veteran real estate agent Diane Torrence has joined the staff Prudential California Realty's Fillmore office according to broker/owner Bob Majorino.

Torrence brings a varied skill set to her clientele. With 14 years of design experience, she is a proficient home staging specialist. She also has a background as a mortgage broker. Torrence is originally from Santa Barbara and has been in the area for 25 years. She attended Ventura High School and took business courses at Ventura College. She is now a resident of Santa Paula.

Community is important to Torrence. She is a member of the Citizens Corps Group in Santa Paula, which provides an action plan in the event of a disaster. She has also been selected as the only Realtor in the Heritage Valley Chapter of Business Networking International. With her tagline, "Creating Reality from your Lifetime of Dreams," Torrence represents her clients in the Santa Paula/Fillmore area.
