Kirschbaum makes fiscal sense

The Westlake Village candidate who makes the most concrete points and actually backs them up with facts is Carol Kirschbaum. She's very detail-conscious. I like that. This gal's done her homework! I like the fact that she has investigated our voters' issues and shared valuable information. I like knowing the facts on all the developments here in Westlake.

She demonstrated her sincere passion to obtain the facts; she was prepared with research and factual data on almost every topic. She is an independent thinker who will not "rubber-stamp" other council members' pet projects.

Carol used the words "fiscal responsibility" when talking about how cautious the city needs to be when considering our worst case scenario which could be created by two current council members who suggest we pay for both our $10 million portion for the Lindero overpass widening plus obligating ourselves for a multimillion dollar cash payment to flatten mountains and provide a flat construction site to the lowincome producing YMCA? These could put us into expensive long-term debt.

Carol will require developers to provide both the traditional 3D model and computer-aided design features in their presentation to the Council so we can see what's being requested and visualize it better.

Carol showed real substance. She would create the best match for the entire community between voters and their council members. Kudos Carol, you have my vote. Robert Azzarello Westlake Village
