Another nod for Ned Davis

Westlake Village is at a critical time in its history. We need council members who have experience working financial and development issues in Westlake Village for Westlake Village home owners. Ned Davis has demonstrated that he has the experience and temperament to represent all of Westlake Village on the Council.

As president and CEO of his own company Ned understands and implements sound fiscal planning and implementation techniques on a daily basis. This is what we expect from our Council. Ned is a solid no-nonsense family man with a community perspective in all that he does.

Ned has been president of the Westlake Village Trails Home Owners Association for six years. He has the sensitivity and knowledge necessary to represent our interests on the Westlake Village City Council and to the adjacent communities with which the council interacts. He knows us and our community.

I have personally worked with Ned and the Trails HOA board of directors over the past year on a complex land design issue in the Trails. Ned has insisted on a methodical fact-based approach to understanding the geological issues. He has managed experts and implemented sound decision making processes to reach a solution that protects both the Trails HOA and my home. His leadership and team building skills bring all of the interests to the table for logical long-term solutions.
