Christian Scientist discusses healing

David Stevens, a fulltime prayer-based healer, will present a talk titled "Who do you think you are? A spiritual perspective makes all the difference" at 2 p.m. Sun., Oct. 21 at First Church of Christ, Scientist, 28635 Pacific Coast Hwy., Malibu.

During his talk, Stevens will speak from his own experience about what is spiritual identity and how learning more about it will bring health and healing. He speaks internationally as a member of the Christian Science Board of Lectureship.

Stevens has been a high school teacher, college counselor, college dean and a coach. He has a master's degree from Harvard.
