Dalai Lama answers pressing questions
Spiritual leader featured in local filmmaker's project

MEETING OF THE MINDS- Filmmaker Rick Ray speaks with the Dalai Lama in "10 Questions for the Dalai Lama." The film will be screened at 4 p.m. Sun., Oct. 21 at The First Neighborhood Community Center, 31830 Village Center Road in Westlake Village. The film "10 Questions for the Dalai Lama" will be screened at 4 p.m. Sun., Oct. 21 at the First Neighborhood Community Center, 31380 Village Center Road, Westlake Village.

A questionandanswer session with filmmaker Rick Ray will follow the movie. There will also be a presentation by Tseten Phanucharas, president of the Los Angeles Friends of Tibet.

Admission is $15 at the door.

The showing is part of the Unity and Peace Weekend and is presented by the Collaborative Alliance Parents Teachers and Students of the Las Virgenes Community Learning Center.

A yoga class led by Stefan Storace will be offered from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Donations will be accepted. Participants should bring their own towels and mats.

Other activities and vendors will also be featured.
