Shirley Richards

Shirley Richards with Coldwell Banker Westlake Village continues to close many sales for her buyers and sellers, and through July she continued to be ranked in the top 100 for closed sales within the Coldwell Banker organization. Additionally, in the northwest region of the company she is currently ranked 18th for closed sales for 2007.

In 2006 Richards was the top individual sales agent for her Westlake Village office. She maintained her status in the top 100 for Southern California in 2006 as well, which is an honor she has received many years with the company.
