BRIAN MOUNT/Acorn Newspapers FULL SPEED AHEAD- Simi Valley running back Langston Jackson poses a significant threat to the Agoura rush defense.
Oak Park (3-1) at Camarillo (2-2)

Outlook: Following a tough loss to Newbury Park in Week 3, Oak Park bounced back last Friday by upending Los Angeles Baptist, 35-7.

Give credit to Oak Park's defense, which recorded five sacks against L.A. Baptist.

Camarillo is coming off a bye week and has been up and down this season.

The Scorpions have defeated Ventura and Agoura, but they've lost games to Thousand Oaks and Newbury Park. ACHS has scored 88 points and allowed 83.

It's tough to tell which Camarillo team will show up, but regardless, they better be ready to stop the run vs. Oak Park because the Eagles can move the chains.

Simi Valley (3-1) at Agoura (2-2)

Outlook: Simi Valley came up huge at home last week, defeating Moorpark 14-6 behind the strength of its impressive defense.

The Pioneers kept Moorpark's offense out of the end zone- MHS scored a defensive touchdown- and will be ready to go against the Chargers, 37-26 losers to Thousand Oaks in their league opener.

Although Thousand Oaks standout running back John Lister left last week's game with an injury, Agoura still allowed TOHS to rush for 249 yards as a team.

If the AHS rush defense doesn't improve this week, Simi Valley's Langston Jackson will have a field day. Jackson has rushed for 476 yards and six scores in four games.
