Another nod for Kirschbaum

I'm very glad that Carol Kirschbaum is running for a seat on the Westlake Village City Council.

She has been a dynamic leader in our community for over 20 years with the goal of improving the quality and lifestyle of our citizens. Carol will bring a passionate and positive contribution to our city.

She was a leader in opposing Measure Z, the big box store issue (which was defeated by our community) because she was concerned about the consequences of traffic, pollution and the communities which would have been negatively impacted by its development. I feel that we would have someone on the City Council who would be strongly motivated against over-development and dedicated to ensuring responsible growth.

Carol Kirschbaum has the extraordinary blend of experience, character and dedication to the community which are strong and necessary prerequisites required of our city leaders. I am very pleased that she is running and am confident that she would be a positive and responsible influence in our future city management and planning activities. Ron Ruiz Westlake Village
