Newbury Park High to host Relay for Life

Newbury Park High School will host the Conejo Valley Relay for Life Sat. and Sun., Oct. 13 and 14 at 456 N. Reino Road, Newbury Park.

Teams of up to 12 people walk the track around the football field for 24 hours. The teams raise money by collecting donations and pledges. The funds are given to the American Cancer Society.

Local business, individuals, and community and school groups may participate in the relay.

Activities and entertainment will be provided throughout the event.
