Rotary Club invites guests to October morning meetings

The Agoura Hills/Oak Park Rotary Club is seeking new members and welcomes all guests. Meetings, which include breakfast, guest speakers and discussion of community service and fundraising events, are 7 a.m. Tuesdays at Brent's Deli, 2799 Townsgate Road, Westlake Village

Following are the guest speakers for October.

•Oct. 2: Dr. Charles Maxey of California Lutheran University discusses "Quality of life: Economic development, community indicators and profiles."

•Oct. 9: Registered nurse Marty Nason of The Wellness Community describes the work the organization is doing to help cancer patients and their families.

•Oct. 16: Henri Mondschein of CLU talks about "Mining the web for business information: Where to find the golden nuggets."

•Oct. 23: Rotary District 5250 Governor Jane McClenahan will visit. New members will be inducted at this meeting.

Rotary International is a volunteer organization of business and professional leaders who provide humanitarian service and help build goodwill and peace in the world.
