Agoura/Westlake community band welcomes new musicians

The Agoura Hills Department of Community Services, the Las Virgenes Unified School District and the city of Westlake Village will sponsor the fall performance of the Community Concert and Jazz Band at 4 p.m. Sun., Nov. 18 at Yerba Buena Elementary School, 5844 Larboard Lane, Agoura Hills.

Rehearsals begin at 7 p.m. Tues., Oct. 16 in the band room at Agoura High School, 38545 Driver Ave., Agoura Hills.

New musicians are welcome. To join the band, call Roger Vick at (805) 381-1325, the Agoura Hills Recreation Center at (818) 597-7361 or the city of Westlake Village at (818) 706-1613.
