Nominations being accepted for Miss Reyes Adobe Days Pageant

The city of Agoura Hills is accepting entry forms for the Miss Reyes Adobe Days Pageant to be held on Fri., Oct. 12 at the Agoura Hills/Calabasas Community Center, 27040 Malibu Road in Calabasas. The deadline is Fri., Oct. 5.

The pageant judging will begin at 6:30 p.m., and the public is invited to attend. There is a $2 admission fee to the pageant.

Girls ages 4 to 17 are invited to compete in several age categories to reign as Miss Reyes Adobe over the three-day festival from Oct. 12 to 14.

The pageant age categories are Littlest Miss (4 to 7), Pre-teen Miss (8 to 12), Teen Miss (13 to 15) and Miss (16 to 17). Contestants will be interviewed on stage and judged by representatives of the third annual Reyes Adobe Days.

Pageant winners will ride in the Reyes Adobe Days morning parade Oct. 13 and will receive a crown and flowers, gift certificates and a modeling scholarship.

The pageant is open to residents of Agoura Hills and qualifying students from the Las Virgenes Unified School District.

Entry forms are available at the Agoura Hills Recreation Center. A fee of $30 is required at the time of submitting the forms.
