Local Rock Musician Buys Mansion

Tommy Lee, drummer for rock band Motley Crue, bought the mansion of Rodeo Realty's chair of estates, Jim Pascucci. Pascucci sold his own private residence to Lee. The home spans approximately 9,000 square feet with a subterranean 10-car garage originally built by Larry Dinovitz and renovated by Pascucci himself in 2004 and 2005. The property sold for just below $6 million.

Pascucci's Calabasas mansion was a "one of a kind" house that included an indoor three-story atrium with a retractable roof, indoor koi pond with multiple waterfalls, three spas, a piano-shaped pool and a view of the city lights in the San Fernando Valley. Situated on a private knoll in a private, guard gated community above the Calabasas Country Club, the waterandsand-themed estate also features a home theater, two kitchens (one a "wine tasting kitchen"), 6 bedrooms and 7.5 baths, a gym, two steam showers and hand-distressed walnut floors, beamed ceilings, slate, granite, stacked stone and travertine slabs.
