"You've got the winning ticket." That is what agents from Dilbeck Realtors GMAC's 13 offices were told while attending the real estate firm's annual Round TableSpeakers Series event held at the Sportsmen's Lodge in Studio City.

The event featured a panel highlighting the following topics: "Tips on Using Dilbeck Estates and Christie's Great Estates," presented by Liz Fitzgerald, vice president, Western Region of Christie's Great Estates; "Highlighting Technology in your Listing Presentation" by Chris Duryee, an agent in Dilbeck's La Cañada office; "TailorMaking a Listing Presentation for the Seller" presented by Greg Stanton of the Pasadena office; "Using Premier Service in Your Listing Presentation" by Mimi Kim of the Burbank office; and "Supporting Commissions" by Meg Middleman of the South Pasadena office.

Don Prijatel, Dilbeck's marketing director, presented some additional marketing tools, including a new PowerPoint presentation that can be used by Dilbeck agents.

Joining the panel with Round Table presentations were Irene Daly, Arcadia office, who's topic was "Using Premier Service"; Gail Steinberg, Sherman Oaks office, "A Winning Listing Presentation"; Mikki Porretta, Arcadia office, "Senior Real Estate Specialist and Niche Marketing"; Anngel Benoun and Sue Bernstein, Sherman Oaks office, "Team Listing Presentation"; and Nicole Owens, San Marino office, "Working with Firsttime Buyers." "One of the special things about Dilbeck agents," said Mark Dilbeck, "is that they are willing to share their time and knowledge. This is a very special gift indeed."
