Valley church host festival

The Woodland Hills Presbyterian Church will host its second annual Community Festival on Sat., Sept. 15 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 5751 Platt Ave., across from Hale Middle School in Woodland Hills.

Activities include the Bouncy Room and Slide for children, craft booths, traditional games with prizes, pick the lucky rubber ducky and live entertainment.

Food for sale includes cotton candy, burgers, fries, soda and snow cones.

The Best Years Preschool, which operates on the church grounds, will host an open house during the festival to give parents of youngsters the opportunity to visit the facility.
