Donna Benevento of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage starts her fourth year as SchoolTeam sponsor for Wildwood Elementary School. SchoolTeam builds stronger communities by creating a partnership between local schools, their families and real estate professionals. School-Team manages the "adopt a school" and "adopt a realtor" program to create a winwin grassroots relationship at no cost to the school.

Typically, member schools receive thousands of dollars per year in technology, services and fundraising cash commitments. In exchange, member schools acknowledge the dedication and generosity of their real estate agent partner to the parent community throughout the school year. During the past three years, this formula has been proven successful at hundreds of schools throughout the Southern California region.

Additionally, Benevento supports the Wildwood area sponsoring yearly garage sales and cleanup days in providing homeowners with dumpsters and recycling opportunities.
