Pepperdine hosts musical

The KSLG Playhouse Theatre Players will present "When Divas Were Divas: Remembering . . . Their Lives, Their Way" at 8 p.m. Sat., Sept. 22 at the Smothers Theatre, Pepperdine University, 24255 Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu.

The musical production pays tribute to Lena Horne, Bessie Smith, Billie Holiday, Josephine Baker and Sarah Vaughan.
