Office lease

The Ventura County office of CB Richard Ellis has reported the longterm lease of a 3,557squarefoot office suite in Calabasas.

Trilogy Financial Services is leasing Ste.101, 26635 Agoura Road, from Malibu Property Holdings.

Trilogy is headquartered in Newport Beach and has offices throughout Southern California as well as in Denver, Colo.

Michael Slater, Tom Dwyer and Jennifer Rice, office brokers for CBRE, represented the landlord in the negotiations. Trilogy was represented by George Prince of Prince Commercial.

Home sales lag

July sales of Conejo Valley single-family homes totaled 142. This compares to 148 sold in June and 156 a year ago, according to Allen Reznick, president of the Conejo Valley Association of Realtors.

Median sales price for singlefamily homes in July was $824,324; in 2006 it was $850,000. The median price is the point where half of the units sold for more and half for less.

Total sales for all real estate transactions in July were $179 million. Last year the total was $188.3 million.

Women's group meets in Westlake

The Business and Professional Women's Club of Conejo Valley will meet at 7 p.m. Wed., Sept. 19 at Hyatt Westlake Plaza, 880 S. Westlake Blvd., Westlake Village.

Members and guests meet in the lounge near the bar and order from the menu. Men are welcome.

The speaker will be Fred Rosenberg who will discuss "emerging and reemerging diseases."
