TASTY- Eric Frechon, executive chef at the Bristol Hotel in Paris, brought his Continental creativity to the kitchen at Amuse Bouche in Simi Valley last weekend. Amuse Bouche owner and executive chef Sylvain Rivet (not pictured) invited internationally renowned chefs Frechon and Josiah Citrin to join him in the kitchen to prepare a five-course meal that included cuisines of France and California.
