Or Ami presents education program
Kesher offers small group instruction

Congregation Or Ami invites the community to its September open house to learn about its award-winning Kesher youth learning program at 7 p.m.on Wed., Sept. 5.

On hand will be Kesher faculty and Principal Michal RozenbergYalovsky, who recently won the Ner Ami Innovator Award for creating this program in the field of Jewish education.

Kesher, meaning "connection" in Hebrew, replaces the traditional religious school. Kesher offers individualized Hebrew instruction in groups of four to six students, creative Judaica learning with a newly-designed curriculum, and multiple class options so that the learning program can fit into most family schedules.

Although the program is open to adults only, a room will be set aside for children to sit in and read or do homework.

The synagogue is at 26115 Mureau Road, Suite B, Calabasas.

For more information, contact Principal Michal RozenbergYalovsky by calling the synagogue at (818) 880-4880 or email kathy@orami.org
