District to host Superintendent's Forums

As part of its outreach into the community, The Las Virgenes Unified School District will sponsor bi-monthly Superintendent's Forums open to residents.

The sessions will be unstructured and allow community members to raise issues and ask questions of district senior management. The meetings will be held at school sites to allow residents to visit their neighborhood schools.

Superintendent Donald Zimring will host the evenings.

All meetings will be from 7:30 to 9 p.m. on Mondays. Following is the schedule:

•Sept. 17, White Oak Elementary School, 31761 Village School Road, Westlake Village.

•Nov. 26, Round Meadow Elementary School, 5151 Round Meadow Road, Calabasas.

•Jan. 28, 2008, Chaparral Elementary School, 22601 Liberty Bell Road, Calabasas.

•March 10, 2008, Agoura High School, 28545 West Driver Ave., Agoura Hills.

•May 19, 2008, Calabasas High School, 22855 W. Mulholland Hwy.
