Spilka receives Mortar Board Fellowship
      Samantha Spilka, a recent graduate of San Diego State University, was named recipient of the Mortar Board Diane Selby Fellowship, a $5,000 award. She is the daughter of Mark and Judy Spilka of Agoura Hills. Spilka was initiated into Mortar Board in 2006 and served as chapter president.
