Stylish coifs to raise money for diabetes

John of Italy Salon and Spa will host "Cuts for the Cure" from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sun., Aug. 26 at 2772 Townsgate Road, Westlake Village.

Funds raised will benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Haircuts will be on a first come, first served basis. Donation is $25.

Those unable to attend the fundraiser who still wish to contribute may send a check payable to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Greater Los Angeles Chapter, 800 W. Sixth St., Ste. 450, Los Angeles, CA 90017, or visit www.jdrf.org. "Alexandra's Li'l Piggies" should be noted on the check or when donating online.
