Bonnie Kronfeld

Bonnie Kronfeld of Century 21 Adobe has been congratulated by brokers Chuck Leko and Michael Schaller for top production in both the Agoura Hills and Newbury Park offices for the first half of 2007.

Kronfeld has also received the No. 2 ranking for the entire Century 21 Conejo Valley area and No. 39 for the Southern California region which stretches from Santa Barbara to San Diego, Valencia and Riverside counties.

She has received the Pacesetter Award, putting her on target for earning the Centurion Award. Only 1 percent of Century 21 agents worldwide receive that status.

Kronfeld attributes her success to finding her buyers their "wow" homes and getting her sellers' homes sold quickly for top dollar in the market. She said that client satisfaction is her No. 1 goal. Most of her business comes from her past clients' referrals.
