Miss California, opera company to sing show tunes at church

Miss California 2006 and members of the Center Stage Opera of the San Fernando Valley will perform selections from classic operatic and musical theater repertoires at 7 p.m. Sun., Aug. 19 at St . Patrick's Episcopal Church, One Church Road, Thousand Oaks.

Dr. Eric Kinsley, parish music director, will accompany at the keyboard. The concert is presented by The Arts at St. Pat's Program.

Admission and parking are free. The public is invited.
